Non-Physical Products and Digital Asset
In the event of unfulfilled reef whereby external issues have been had including but not limited to; retraction of approval, weather events, pandemics or other unintended scenarios that delay the project Nurture.co reserve the right to reschedule to a suitable time or a new location. If however nurture.co is unable to reschedule time or location then a refund will be issued.
All of the non-physical products and digital assets will be delivered to your elected email address electronically. Please wait up to 24 hours to receive this. If for whatever reason this has not been delivered please advise hey@nurtured.co and we will endeavour to resend the asset.
The purchase of the reef is for the specific squared centimetre section and size that will be placed underwater at a structurally and environmentally suitable location.
The first product will be digital assets in the form of a certificate and the second will be a verification of specific location once the reef is created. This does not exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Physical Products:
We want you to be totally satisfied with our physical products.
There may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from the website. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
We would like to remind you that the benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our Returns Policy:
- Proof of purchase such as order number or electronic receipt.
- Please outline the specific fault with the product.
- Please indicate if you would like a refund, store credit or to get your item replaced.
